Delivery Information
Here at www.theweddingring-shop, we would like to provide the quickest and most reliable delivery service available. All orders are processed and shipped within 24hours. We use Royal Mail 1st class service so allow up to 48 hours after order is placed for delivery. Delivery is set at a fixed fee of £10 to cover the postage, packaging and insurance.

If the order is placed on the weekends, it will still be processed and shipped but please allow extra time for the Royal Mail service. If there are any problems or questions about shipping please contact us.

Please note that at this moment in time we do not ship our products outside the UK via the website. If you are outside the UK and would like to use our services please call our Orders Hotline

Returns Policy
If you receive an order from us and you are unsatisfied for any reason please feel free to return it to us and we will be happy to refund or replace any of the goods you have purchased. However you must do this within 14 days of receiving your order and the goods must be in their original condition and packaging with labels intact or we will not be able to process your return.

We also advise that when returning any items to us that you acquire a Proof Of Postage from the Post Office.
